Anti-tumor research has become the most important challenge in biomedical field. Since the acidic environment of tumor tissue, the pH-sensitive drug delivery and release system possesses many attractive advantages.

About my work:

In my work, the hydrophilic polymer chain and hydrophobic segment were linked by pH-cleavage group. This amphihilic copolymer can self-assemble into micelles and load anti-tumor drugs efficiently. These drug-loaded micelles shown a rapid release of drug in tumor cells.
